I have installed a new Kent Maxx in July 2021. It is under 1 year warranty. But nobody has come to clean the filter. What is the usual interval for cleaning/changing the filters?

      Hi Sadashiv,

Any filter life is dependent on the two factors. first, the quality of water you filter and second, the quantity of water you filter. So, the same filter maybe run more than 2 years or may be damaged within 6 months depending on the feed water quality & uses of the filter.

My recommendation, don’t go with time period, check any changes of the water quality & any alert system warns you then call to the kent service centre. If you are using any pre-filter (This filter is installed outside of the filter), then it needs to replace every 5-6 months.
